Eu tamb'em realizo rituais em outros lugares na terra, ao ar livre e em lugar fechado. Minha adorac~ao e rituais
podem estar em qualquer lugar, pois meu c'irculo sagrado 'e port'atil. Onde quer que eu esteja, eu posso montar um c'irculo ao redor de uma esfera sagrada com sete invocac~oes: para as quatro direcc~oes, para o Cosmo acima, para o Planeta abaixo e para Integrac~ao Espiritual no centro.
Eu sou Pag~a. Eu viajo ao Outro mundo em meus sonhos, meditac~oes e rituais. Eu uso ferramentas sagradas para me ajudar em minhas jornadas e meus trabalhos m'agicos. Algunas de las herramientas mas comunesen un altar de Wicca:
ATHAME
Es una hoja de doble filo, curva, nunca se usa para cortar objetos f'isicos, suele tener mango de madera negro, aunque var'ia seg'un los gustos y preferencias del druida. Son muy f'aciles de conseguir, en cualquier tienda esoterica o especializada en armas decorativas.Es considerado una herramienta de Aire, pero en algunas tradiciones es de fuego. Su funci'on es abrir y cerrar el c'irculo m'agico, dirigir la energ'ia hacia una ego u objeto, para expulsi'on, para consagrar el vino, atraer energ'ias divinas, tambien simboliza el principio masculino de la creaci'on durante algunos rituales.Para algunos druidas es la herramienta mas importante, ya que es usada para varios rituales y ceremonias.
VARA
Son herramientas a modo de palo, son o de madera o bien de metales que llevan o una piedra o cristal en su extremo. Instrumento de energ'ia masculina, de aire y de fuego. Dirigen la energ'ia, como el athame, son simbolos de poder en el mundo f'isico y espiritual.ESCOBA Combina aspectos tanto masculinos como femeninos: Especializada en rituales tanto de protecci'on como de fertilidad, poniendola detras de la puerta, las energ'ias negativas saldran de tu casa, bajo la cama, sirve para protecci'on y para el ritual de fertilidad, Tambien la usamos para limpiar el rinc'on magico o espacio donde tenemos el altar.
HOZ
Es una herramienta que antiguamente fue muy usada por los druidas (usaban su hoz de oro para recolectar sus plantas m'agicas, o medicinales) y por las tardiciones garderianas e inglesa, es una hoz convencional, pero mas peque~na. Su hoja curvada simboliza las fases lunares, por lo que es una herramienta de energ'ia femenina.
CALIZ
Es una copa de metal, o de cristal, asociado al elemento agua y a la Diosa. Simboliza el 'utero materno. (En el a~no 7.000 A.C. ya era muy usado en la India) En muchas tradiciones celtas se sustituyen por calderos o cuencos.
CALDERO
Es como una cacerola, o perol, representa el elemento agua, la bruja lo usa para cocinar sus pociones.
Estas son algunas de las herramientas druidas, hay algunas m'as segun las tradiciones o necesidades del momento, todos estos objetos son muy f'aciles de conseguir en una buena tienda esoterica especializada.En el altar tambien se suele poner una figurilla representando al Dios a la izquierda, y otra representando a la Diosa a la derecha, tambien se suele usar un mantel, segun la tradici'on es de un color, algunos brujos lo usan violeta, otros negro, otros verdes, con un pentagrama dorado dibujado, o lisos...

People leaving your church is a double edged sword.
On one hand it can be a healthy thing. Perry Noble say that because the church is a body, and every good body has a back door (I think you know what I mean here!) - it is important for the church not to be constipated. It can be healthy for a people to leave a church. If they are not aligned to the vision or if they are being contentious, then we should allow them to leave.
But on the other hand, depending on why and how people are leaving, it could be a symptom of a troubling systemic issue within the church.
One of the best practices we try to implement at Big Creek Church are exit interviews. When people are in a position and willing to give us honest feedback, we want to take advantage of that opportunity to learn from their departure.
HERE ARE SOME POINTS ABOUT THE EXIT INTERVIEW:
* They are usually done over the phone and last only 5-10 minutes.
* Make sure to listen - don't be defensive or try to excuse - use it as an opportunity to learn.
* An exit interview allows closure for the church and for that person.
* Use the interview as an opportunity to bless them -pray for them over the phone as you conclude.
